

Raissa Laurel, a young Filippino law student who lost both legs in a bomb blast in 2010, celebrated her birthday in a special way this year. She is now able to walk again, having received prosthetic limbs and rehabilitation from the Cambodia Trust's latest partnership project, PSPO, supported by the Nippon Foundation.
