The recipient will receive a personalised letter/certificate telling them that you have made a contribution in their name, and explaining how the gift will make a real and lasting difference to someone's life in Cambodia.
- £100 provides a prosthetic limb or brace, improving mobility and providing dignity and the chance of self-sufficiency. Limbs wear out and need replacing regularly: every 6 months for growing children; every 1-2 years for adults.
- £75 provides a wheelchair.
- £30 provides a bicycle to help a disabled child to get to school. (The nearest school is often too far away for children who find it difficult to walk, so a bicycle for the child, or for the family, is a good way of enabling school attendance.)
- £20 pays for a repair to be made to a prosthetic limb or brace.
- £3 buys a child's school uniform.
